• First; Standard class (Semi-Flex/Flexible) tickets Exchangeable and refundable before train departure by paying the difference in price and fees. No refund possible once exchanged.

• ตั๋วชั้นหนึ่ง; ชั้นสแตนดาร์ดแบบไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลง (Non-Flex) จะไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงการเดินทางหรือขอคืนเงินค่าตั๋วได้
• ตั๋วชั้นหนึ่ง; ชั้นสแตนดาร์ดแบบเปลี่ยนแปลงได้ (Semi-Flex/Flexible) สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงการเดินทางและขอคืนเงินได้ก่อนถึงกำหนดการเดินทาง โดยเสียค่าธรรมเนียมและส่วนต่างค่าตั๋ว ยกเว้นตั๋วที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงการเดินทางแล้วจะไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินได้
* หมายเหตุ การดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงการเดินทางและการขอคืนเงินค่าตั๋ว ตัวแทนจะต้องใช้เวลาในการดำเนินการล่วงหน้าก่อนถึงกำหนดไม่น้อยกว่า 4 วันทำการ
