About tickets 
• First class (Standard Premier) and Standard class tickets Exchangeable before train departure by paying the difference in price and fees. Non-refundable. 
• Business class (Business Premier) ticket Exchangeable and refundable up to 60 days after train departure by paying the difference in price and fees. No refund possible once exchanged. 
* Remark Please note that agent needs 4 extra business days to process exchanges and refunds.

• ตั๋วชั้นหนึ่ง (Standard Premier) และตั๋วชั้นสแตนดาร์ด (Standard) สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงการเดินทางได้ก่อนถึงกำหนดการเดินทาง โดยเสียค่าธรรมเนียมและส่วนต่างค่าตั๋ว ตั๋วไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินได้ 
• ตั๋วชั้นธุรกิจ (Business Premier) สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงการเดินทางและขอคืนเงินได้ถึงหลังกำหนดการเดินทางไม่เกิน 60 วัน โดยเสียค่าธรรมเนียมและส่วนต่างค่าตั๋ว ยกเว้นตั๋วที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงการเดินทางแล้วจะไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินได้ 
* หมายเหตุ การดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงการเดินทางและการขอคืนเงินค่าตั๋ว ตัวแทนจะต้องใช้เวลาในการดำเนินการล่วงหน้าก่อนถึงกำหนดไม่น้อยกว่า 4 วันทำการ
